PRODUCTION AND TESTING CENTER
In December 2022, we opened our own production site - a center for the production and testing of thermal and mechanical equipment for nuclear power plants.
One of the advantages of the center lies in the ability to cover its own needs in testing the manufactured equipment. In case of technical limitations, close cooperation has been established with testing centers in Russia and abroad to carry out the necessary types of tests.
Total area of 980 square meters, including office, production and test rooms;
The activity of the production and testing center has the necessary licenses and certificates;
Built-in logistics chains and convenient location ensure short delivery times for semi-finished products for production;
Equipment with all necessary engineering and technical communications for comfortable and safe work.

EQUIPMENT AND AREAS OF USE
LOADING AND UNLOADING AREA
gates measuring 4 x 4.5 meters for large vehicles;
single girder overhead crane (capacity up to 5 tons);
Jungheinrich hydraulic carts (capacity up to 3 tons).
STORAGE AREA
organized zoning by types of equipment and product readiness;
warehouse storage provides for simple accounting in the 1C system and inventory.
ENTRANCE CONTROL AREA (OTC)
crane scales up to 5 tons;
platform scales up to 500 kg;
electronic calipers up to 1000 mm;
curved rulers LD-400 and LD-150, class 0;
other manual measuring tools up to 3000 mm;
capillary flaw detection using Sherwin materials (France).
AREA OF WELDING AND SURFACING WORKS
welding machine Fronius TPS4000 (Austria);
two-axis welding positioner PKTBA-VSU-3 (load capacity up to 3 tons);
gas station for oxygen-propane cutting;
technical gases from leading supplier AirLiquide.
ASSEMBLY AREA
power workbenches with a load capacity of up to 3 tons;
a set of manual metalwork and assembly tools;
a set of manual electric/pneumatic tools;
hydraulic wrench Enerpac (England) with torque up to 8200 Nm;
set of torque wrenches Stahlwille (Germany) for torque range 6-1000 Nm (with verification).
GRINDING Area
Works are carried out manually using electric/pneumatic tools.
HYDRAULIC AND PNEUMATIC TEST area
bench MMK-TVH350-80-1000 with a clamping crosshead for testing injection molding machines up to DN 1000, hydraulic up to 40 MPa, pneumatic up to 1 MPa;
stand STV for temperature life tests at 70°C and pressure drop up to 1.7 MPa;
hydraulic pressure tester MGF Compact-250 up to 25 MPa;
a set of verified pressure gauges / thermometers covering the entire test range of 0-40 MPa.
PACKAGING AREA
the use of custom-made specialized packaging for auto / air / sea cargo transportation;
provision of acts of fumigation treatment of containers.
Our production and testing center has all the necessary licenses and certificates that confirm our competence and compliance with quality standards. We adhere to strict protocols and procedures to ensure the safety, reliability and efficiency of all work performed.
With a wide range of ongoing work and sophisticated modern equipment, the team based on the production site not only has the relevant competencies, but also constantly develops them through training and replenishment of new talented employees.
■ All personnel are certified in accordance with the requirements of federal norms and rules in the field of atomic energy use.
■ All measuring instruments are included in the State Register and have a valid verification, and the equipment complies with all norms and rules of operation at the production facility.
The production and testing center team includes both experienced and novice specialists, the effectiveness of their work is guaranteed by mentoring and a modern system of training and internships ensuring compliance with the standards of the nuclear industry.
All work carried out provides for and undergoes regular mandatory and additional types of certification of employees.
